Description
Methane alarm SMS5M3 is destined for continuous individual automatic supervision of methane volume ratio inside the atmosphere of underground mine workings of any gas and dust hazardous class.
When the concentration of methane customizable levels (thresholds) exceed, the unit performs light (flashing lights) or audible alarm.
- Methane alarm has 2 operating levels allowing to track the time history of methane concentration inside the atmosphere;
- Li-polymer rechargeable battery with capacity 8,4 Ah is used in Methane alarm;
- Methane alarm SMS5M3 has the highest level of Explosion and spark protection level 1ExmIT3;
- The main light source - hyper-luminous LED;
- Stabilized luminous flux during whole work cycle;
- Range of emission – white (warm or cold colour upon a customer’s demand);
- Integrated controller prevents the battery overcharge and overdischarge;
- Calibration and internal parameters control settings change are conducted automatically by charge contact of the lamp with help of the supervising module MTK;
- Detecting element – thermocatalytic sensor;
- Methane alarm can be charged on all types of charging stations;
- The lamp can be supplied with additional modules of positioning system, warning and search workers under the rubble.
